MVR Surveys has continued to grow over the last 5 years due to the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. MVR Surveys employs 17 Surveyors, some with in excess of 30 years of experience.

Our staff span 2 states, Victoria and South Australia, but our workforce is flexible enough to accommodate projects in far away places.

Airport Construction and apron reconstruction.

Adelaide Terminal (T1) Expansion

In 2014 to 2015 SA crews were responsible for the Package 3 Landside Roadworks
Construction. This involved:

Conversion of the existing staff car park exit point to a car park entry point, including adjustments
to the Australian Federal Police building;
Establishment of a new staff car park exit point to the south of the VVM building;
Conversion of existing access point to the long term car park and adding a sheltered right turn
lane into the car park;
Modification of the access point into Gate J to allow for two-way traffic adjacent to the Control
Tower;
Creation of a one-way loop at the new end of Sir Richard Williams Drive, near Australian Air
Express (AAE), which also provides B-Double access to AAE;
Adjustments to the long term car park layout to accommodate the above treatments;
Associated with the above treatments will be the following aspects of civil work including:
Stormwater modifications.
New and modified street lighting.
Service adjustments.
Relocation of boom gates, ticketing machines, pay station and associated infrastructure.
New and modified footpaths.
Removal of trees and vegetation.

Package 3 Airside construction involved:

Demolition of existing concrete and asphalt pavements;
Construction of new concrete and asphalt pavements;
Construction of associated drainage infrastructure;
Line marking;
Retaining wall structure;
Temporary security fencing;
Jet blast structure (by others); and
Taxiway lighting and apron floodlighting (by others)
